This Privacy Policy explains what information naaraabiznet.throughout.io collects and how it is used.
Information We Collect
When you register as a service provider, we collect your email address, business name, contact phone number, and the details you submit in your profile, including photos. You may also give your NIC number and date of birth, which we check against each other. When an agent or an administrator registers a service provider, we may also collect photos of that service provider's NIC and their business registration certificate. NIC numbers, dates of birth and these documents are never shown publicly and can be seen only by NAARAA Biznet administrators and the service provider's agent. We do not collect payment card information through this site.
How We Use Information
Service provider information is used to display your profile publicly (once approved), to manage your account, and to contact you about your profile. Contact details entered on a profile (phone, WhatsApp) are shown publicly so customers can reach that service provider directly.
Data Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never stored in plain text. Access to the admin dashboard is restricted and protected.
